Return & Refund Policy

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within thirty (30) days after receiving their product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, sale and promotional items are excluded from returns and exchanges and remain subject to our standard return/exchange policy.


Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations prior to product processing. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, we regret that we will not be able to cancel your order.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:


All items must be returned in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.


Items must be returned in their original packaging.


Returns should be made in one complete package.


Return/exchange shipments must use the same service as the original delivery method.


We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was initially shipped. For example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US.


Customized items cannot be returned.


Please note that return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, returns are not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be incurred at your expense).


Faulty items can be returned at no cost to you.


We reserve the right to decline any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition.


If we propose to reject your refund/exchange request, you will have the option to have the product returned to you at your own expense.


How to Return an Item or an Entire Order


Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process, providing the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product


Step 2: Place your receipt and the items into the original packaging.


Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in a transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs, so please ensure all three copies are completed.


Step 4: Handover the package to the courier. After the courier has checked the return shipment, securely close the box.


Note: If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific price will depend on the courier service you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not incur shipping fees for the return.


Refund Policy

Upon returning an item, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please be aware that vogueloop.shop does not refund shipping costs in the event of returns.


Once we receive your package, please allow 7-30 business days (depending on peak periods) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
